A.
In case the foreign company is to be represented by a
natural person, the
followings are required:
1-
Certified copy
of the representation agreement;
2-
Certified copy
of the applicant’s (representative’s) ID card;
3-
An account of
the applicant’s relevant background in the fields prescribed
in representation agreement;
4-
Certified copy
of the principal company’s Articles of Association, public
notice of its establishment, latest changes registered with
the relevant authority abroad;
5-
An account of
the foreign company’s activities together with reasons and
grounds that necessitates a representation in Iran;
6-
The latest
certified financial report of the company;
7-
Registration
certificate of the foreign company;
8-
Power of
attorney
Note:
All the foregoing documents must be duly certified and
legalized up to the Iranian
Consulate.
B.
In case the foreign company is to be represented by a legal
person, the followings are
required:
1.
Certified copy
of the representation agreement;
2.
Certified copy
of the applicant’s Articles of Association;
3.
The Official
Gazette containing the notice of establishment of the
applicant company;
4.
The Official
Gazette containing the latest registered changes in the
applicant company (particularly with respect to its
directors);
5.
An account of
the applicant’s relevant background in the fields prescribed
in representation agreement;
6.
Certified copy
of the principal company’s Articles of Association, public
notice of its establishment, latest changes registered with
the relevant authority abroad;
7.
An account of
the foreign company’s activities together with reasons and
grounds that necessitates a representation in Iran;
8.
The latest
certified financial report of the company;
9.
Registration
certificate of the foreign company;
10.
Reference from
a governmental organization, in case it has a contract with
it;
Note:
All the foregoing documents must be duly certified and
legalized up to the Iranian
Consulate.
