Litigation:
Our activities are mainly devoted
to litigations within our area of practice. We represent you
in litigations, in all levels and before all courts, judicial
and administrative bodies within Iran’s jurisdiction, as we
are admitted to practice before all courts, judicial/ quasi-judicial
bodies thought the country, including public court,
revolutionary court, administrative justice tribunal, appeal
court, supreme court. We recognize that litigation is
frequently a last resort to resolving disputes or vindicating
rights, yet it may be the only way to resolve disputes. Due to
the costs associated with litigation, we believe, in
appropriate cases, that negotiation and mediation may better
serve the interests of particular clients. Obviously, each
case has to be individually evaluated with respect to the best
result oriented approach to take. Please do not hesitate to

Official Translation: Our Official Translation
Bureau (No.192) is composed of a team of Sworn Official
Translators to the Iranian Judiciary. Although our working
languages are Persian and English, we translate all documents
in any language into Persian and vice-versa.
