According to
article 38 of the Trademarks & Patents Act, any changes with
respect to patents must be duly registered by the patent
office, in order to be effective vis-à-vis third parties.
Requirements
for registration of amendments are as the followings:
1-
Power of attorney
duly notarized and legalized by the
Iranian consulate.
2- Amendment documents duly notarized and legalized by the
Iranian consulate.
3- Iranian patent (for endorsement).
