Mohammad
H. Eskandari,
Chief
counsel and founder of Eskandari & Co.,
has been practicing law since 1965. He was admitted to the
Iranian Bar Association in 1977, and he is a member of the
Arbitration center of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce.
He received Bachelor's Degree in Law and Juridical Science (LL.B)
From Tehran University, faculty of Law and Political Sciences,
in 1963.
Career:
1965-1968: Public
Prosecutor for Zabol (Zahedan) city; 1968-1972: legal adviser
in Tehran Civil Estate Organization of ministry of Housing and
Urban Development,
1972-1978: Head of legal affairs and litigations Department of
the Civil Estate Organization for Tehran province,
1985-1987: Entered private practice and served as Legal
counsel to the Civil Estate Organization of Tehran province,
1987-1988: Legal counsel to the Iranian Red Crescent.
Furthermore, he has represented many individuals or legal
entities in their litigations against state departments,
municipalities, governmental organizations and administrative
bodies affiliated with different ministries (namely Ministry
